Results vary depending on factors such as commitment level, existing circumstances, and the complexity of your goals. Many couples start noticing positive changes within a few weeks to a month of consistent coaching.

Coaching will help couples better understand how they are each wired, process emotions and details, deal with stress, and experience and express love. You'll gain a deeper awareness of your personality styles, how they can benefit your relationship, and how they might cause conflict. You will learn healthy communication and conflict resolution skills, and cover a host of topics that are critical to developing healthy, resilient, and joy-filled relationships. If you are currently in conflict, coaching will provide an environment where you can benefit from some objective practices, guidance and coaching to help you communicate well and discover new possibilities for finding compromise and unity as a couple.

We have over 30-years of marriage coaching and mentoring experience, and are certified facilitators with the Prepare/Enrich and SYMBIS Inventories. We also train couples who wish to become Prepare/Enrich Facilitators in their community or places of worship.
